Anonymous Some hit my car so they said I am not at fault but they are still not willing to pay for my car.

This company does not know what customer service is, it pushes the blame on their vendors instead of trying to assist their policy holders.And the vendors push the other way saying that Elephant needs to address any issues. When confrontation with a issue on service or a claim the representative just keeps reading from what ever script they are given to read from.
