due to the floods in houston April 2016, we are still waiting for some type of response on our claim.they are still investigating and the guy who is in charge of diagnostics is never there. im done its a brand new car! we cant help the weather. plus, no rental coverage has left us stranded. they never answer the phone we have to follow up with claims every time we attempt to get an update on the claim. ive never had so many issues with a company...

Claim #2015-00068021 I received poor customer service from Kenneth Gumbs, claims adjuster for above mentioned claim. At first, he was helpful until it was time to give my verbal statement of what happened. He tried to bully me into making a false statement.
